UNDERGRADUATE "FILING INTENT TO GRADUATE" PROCEDURE For students with majors in the College of Arts and Sciences, the process for filing the Intent to Graduate form and obtaining a "Summary of Coursework Remaining" is as follows: - A College of Arts and Sciences major must file an Intent to Graduate at least 2 semesters before their expected graduation date. Students come to 107 Scates Hall to file Intent to Graduate forms.
- After the forms are completed, the Graduation Analyst will complete a student's "Summary of Coursework Remaining" worksheet.
- A copy of the student's "Summary of Coursework Remaining" will be mailed to the advisor and one copy to the student.
- Students must meet with their academic advisors to review the summary.
- Students will not be placed on the graduation list until this summary has been signed (by both student and advisor), dated, and then returned to 107 Scates Hall.
